Very few cars have achieved the iconic status of the Shelby Cobra. The story of the chicken farmer from Texas who set out to beat the “big boys” at their own game is legendary. In 1963 the Shelby Cobra took to the tracks, and already in its first year, the Cobra managed to clinge the US Road Racing Championship title, competing on legendary tracks across the United States. The die struck, chrome plated copper and handcrafted enamel shows that this is a quality badge. This badge wood look good on any Cobra dashboard and is a reminder of a great episode in racing history! It meassures appr 80 mm in diameter and weighs a hefty 130 grams. Use double sided tape to mount it, and since it is concave, use double layers in the center to make sure it stays in place.
