Although the Maserati Tipo 63 entered by Scuderia Serenissima to tackle the 24 Targa Florio in 1961 did not win the race, it must go down in history as being one of the most beautiful racing cars ever to have entered a race. Just look at the pictures! Driven by local hero Nino Vaccarella and Maurice Trintignant the car finnished 4th some 30 minutes after the winning Ferrari Dino.
