Very few cars have achieved the iconic status of the Ferrari 365P and the other sports prototypes of the marque from the golden days of racing. Surely they must be among the most beautiful cars ever on the starting grids in the World Sportscar Championship! Ecurie Francorchamps was a Belgian motor racing team. They are principally known for running privateer cars in Formula One and sports car racing during the 1950s and 1970s. The team was founded by racing driver Jacques Swaters. Between 1952 and 1954 Ecurie Francorchamps raced in Formula One, and raced in sports cars into the 1970s. The action at Le Mans in 1965 was really something, and the signature yellow Ferrari 250LM of Ecurie Francorchamps was one of the most beautiful cars on the track that day. In 1966, the belgian team was back, entering a 365 P2. What a car!
